1 Korinčanom 12,8-13

8 Enemu je po Duhu dana beseda modrosti, drugemu v skladu z istim Duhom beseda spoznanja.
|
8 For to one is given through the Spirit the word of wisdom, and to another the word of knowledge, according to the same Spirit;
|
|
9 Drugemu vera po istem Duhu, drugemu po istem Duhu milostni darovi ozdravljanja,
|
9 to another faith, by the same Spirit; and to another gifts of healings, by the same Spirit;
|
10 drugemu delovanje čudežnih Dodano. moči, drugemu prerokovanje, drugemu razločevanja duhov, drugemu raznovrstni jeziki, drugemu razlaganje jezikov.
|
10 and to another workings of miracles; and to another prophecy; and to another discerning of spirits; to another different kinds of languages; and to another the interpretation of languages.
|
|
11 Vse to pa uresničuje en in isti Duh, ki deli vsakemu posebej, kakor hoče.
|
11 But the one and the same Spirit works all of these, distributing to each one separately as he desires.
|

Eno telo in veliko telesnih delov
12 Kakor je namreč telo eno in ima veliko delov, vsi telesni deli pa so eno telo, čeprav jih je veliko, tako je tudi Kristus.
|
12 For as the body is one, and has many members, and all the members of the body, being many, are one body; so also is Christ.
|
|
13 V enem Duhu smo bili namreč mi vsi krščeni v eno telo, naj bomo Judje ali Grki, sužnji ali svobodni, in vsi smo pili enega Duha.
|
13 For in one Spirit we were all baptized into one body, whether Jews or Greeks, whether bond or free; and were all given to drink into one Spirit.

13 V njem ste tudi vi Ali vi, ki ste. slišali besedo resnice, evangelij svojega odrešenja. Vanj ste tudi verovali in v njem prejeli pečat Svetega Duha, ki je bil obljubljen.

49 Behold, I send forth the promise of my Father on you. But wait in the city of Jerusalem until you are clothed with power from on high.”
