Razodetje 19,11-16

Jezdec na belem konju
11 Nato sem videl nebo odprto in prikazal se je bel konj. Ta, ki ga je jezdil, se imenuje  Različica je. Zvesti in Resnični. Ta pravično razsoja in se bojuje.

11 I saw the heaven opened, and behold, a white horse, and he who sat on it is called Faithful and True. In righteousness he judges and makes war.

|
12 Oči so mu kakor ognjen plamen in na glavi nosi veliko diademov; napisano pa ima ime, ki ga ne pozna nihče, le on sam.
|
12 His eyes are a flame of fire, and on his head are many crowns. He has names written and a name written which no one knows but he himself.
|
|
13 Ogrnjen je v plašč, ki je bil namočen v krvi. Ime mu je Božja Beseda.
|
13 He is clothed in a garment sprinkled with blood. His name is called “The Word of God.”
|
|
14 Na belih konjih mu sledijo nebeške vojske, oblečene v belo in čisto tančico.
|
14 The armies which are in heaven followed him on white horses, clothed in white, pure, fine linen.
|
|
15 Iz ust mu sega oster meč, da z njim udari po narodih. Pasel jih bo z železno palico in tlačil stiskalnico z vinom srdite jeze Boga, vladarja vsega.
|
15 Out of his mouth proceeds a sharp, double-edged sword, that with it he should strike the nations. He will rule them with a rod of iron. He treads the winepress of the fierceness of the wrath of God, the Almighty.

16 Na plašču in na boku Ali Na plašču, namreč na boku. pa ima napisano ime: Kralj kraljev in Gospod gospodov.
|
16 He has on his garment and on his thigh a name written, “KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.”

Apostolska dela 3,20-21
|
20 tako da pridejo od Gospodovega obličja časi pomiritve in vam Gospod pošlje Mesija Ali Kristusa. Jezusa, ki vam je namenjen.

20 and that he may send Christ Jesus, who was ordained for you before,
|
|
21 Njega morajo sprejeti nebesa do časov, ko bo vse obnovljeno. O tem je Bog govoril pred davnimi veki po ustih svojih svetih prerokov.
|
21 whom heaven must receive until the times of restoration of all things, which God spoke long ago by the mouth of his holy prophets.

Novo nebo in nova zemlja
21
1 Nato sem videl novo nebo in novo zemljo. Kajti prvo nebo in prva zemlja sta izginila in morja ni bilo več.

1 I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth have passed away, and the sea is no more.
|
|
2 Videl sem tudi sveto mesto, novi Jeruzalem, ko je prihajal z neba od Boga, pripravljen kakor nevesta, ki se je ozaljšala za svojega ženina.
|
2 I saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, made ready like a bride adorned for her husband.

|
3 In zaslišal sem močen glas, ki je prišel od prestola in rekel: »Glej, prebivališče Boga med ljudmi! In prebival bo z njimi, oni bodo njegova ljudstva in Bog sam bo z njimi, njihov Bog. njihov Bog: manjka v nekaterih rkp.

3 I heard a loud voice out of heaven saying, “Behold, God’s dwelling is with people, and he will dwell with them, and they will be his people, and God himself will be with them as their God.

|
4 In obrisal bo vse solze z njihovih oči in smrti ne bo več, pa tudi žalovanja, vpitja in bolečine ne bo več. Kajti Manjka v nekaterih rkp. prejšnje je minilo.«
|
4 He will wipe away from them every tear from their eyes. Death will be no more; neither will there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain, any more. The first things have passed away.”

|
5 Tisti, ki je sedèl na prestolu, pa je rekel: »Glej, vse delam novo!« Rekel je tudi: »Zapiši, kajti te besede so zanesljive in resnične!«
|
5 He who sits on the throne said, “Behold, I am making all things new.” He said, “Write, for these words of God are faithful and true.”
